Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Ventoblinds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Orders & Custom Products

Made-to-measure orders

All products are manufactured to your exact specifications. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Ventoblinds is not liable for products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to production commencement if we identify an error in pricing or product availability.

Cancellations and modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After production commences, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled for a refund (except as provided by our Returns Policy).

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Free shipping applies to orders over $1000
• Payment is required in full at the time of order
• We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and mobile money
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders are charged at the confirmed price

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Ventoblinds is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

Returns & Warranty

Our returns and refund policy is set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page. Key points:

• 30-day return window for unused, unopened items
• Made-to-measure items are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects
• 5-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects
• Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and code — is the property of Ventoblinds or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You are permitted to view and print pages from our website for personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventoblinds shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Losses arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Damage caused by improper installation of our products

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yaounde, Cameroon.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
